Can I still shop online?
Yes, we encourage you to continue to shop online through July 7, 2023. We are not accepting requests for phone orders. We will update inventory levels as quickly as we can.When will closing sales start?
Sales have been on-going since January 1, 2023 and will continue through July 7, 2023.When can I place my last online order?
Online orders may be placed until July 7, 2023, 11:59 PM EDT. Orders will be fulfilled for in-stock items.When can I expect my online orders to be shipped?
Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of order placement. Your processed order will then be shipped per your chosen Delivery Method. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.Can I still return or exchange items purchased?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policy, until July 14, 2023. Return the item by within 30 days of receipt or by July 14, 2023, whichever comes first, for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Return the item in the original packing materials with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. The entire item, in its original condition, must be returned in order for us to exchange it or issue a refund.No returns or exchanges will be accepted for orders placed between July 1, 2023 and July 7, 2023 will be accepted.
