Italian Hand-Cut Stone/Wood Carving Rasp - 8" - No. B5320

Similar to our A5320 in that it has squared-off and wedge (v-shaped) ends, this imported Italian rasp provides an introduction to our new square-teeth rasps. Designed and produced by the principals of B&B Artigiana (Bassoli and Barrie) - square teeth rather than the traditional pointed teeth allow the carver to complete the necessary reduction of large amounts of wood and stone in a much quicker fashion. Square teeth allow for a flat cut rather than the normal furrow cut of standard pointed teeth.

Made from C100 Italian carbon steel with teeth on both sides of the rasp and along its edges providing complete tool usability.
