Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item
within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or
a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Return
the item in the original packing materials with a copy
of the packing slip or invoice. The entire item, in its
original condition, must be returned in order for us to
exchange it or issue a refund.
If requesting an exchange, any difference in price will
either be credited or charged to your credit card.
Returns due to error on our part or due to the item
being defective will be given full credit. Or, should
you choose so, the
replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge.

Reason for the Return
Whether you wish a replacement or refund
Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or
UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your
refund or replacement.
Credits will be applied and/or replacements shipped as soon as your return is processed. Please note, credits
may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your
credit card statement.
