Tool Dimensions

Since the majority of the tools in this website are individually handcrafted, their weight and dimensions may vary somewhat from those stated in their product description.  Please note that every effort is taken to accurately measure and weigh each tool.  However, should their dimensions and weights vary from those stated, this variance in no way adversely affects the integrity, functionality, or ease of the tool’s use.

 All prices in this website are full retail.  All prices and pricing policies are subject to change without notice.

Tax Information

 Sculpture House is required to collect and remit the appropriate sales tax on taxable items shipped to New Jersey.

Back Orders

 Unless otherwise advised, items not in stock at the time of your order will be automatically backordered for a period of 45 days.  If the item(s) ordered become available within those 45 days, it (they) will be shipped and you will be billed.  If the item(s) ordered do not become available within those 45 days, your order will be cancelled.

Items are shipped throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii only

At this time sculpturehouse.com only accepts orders from within the United States.  However, we would be glad to fill orders placed outside the United States and Puerto Rico but they must be made by phone (609-466-2986) or fax (888-529-1980).  Additional shipping charges may apply for these orders.

 Sculpture House will process orders for in-stock items within 3-5 business days.  Your processed order will then be shipped per your chosen Delivery Method. 

Sculpture House has elected to ship all items UPS and offers you the choice of either Ground or 2nd Day Air.  All items will be shipped from Sculpture House’s warehouse located in Skillman, New Jersey.  Please note, UPS does not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.

We regret that Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS.  In an effort to serve our Military and their families that receive shipments to those Post Offices, Sculpture House invites you to phone (609-466-2986) and/or fax (888-529-1980) your order(s) to us and we will ship those orders via United States Postal Service, insured.

Flammable items (designated as such in their description) may only be shipped UPS Ground.  Further due to this shipping restriction, they will not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping).  Return the item in the original packing materials with a copy of the packing slip or invoice.  The entire item, in its original condition, must be returned in order for us to exchange it or issue a refund.

If requesting an exchange, any difference in price will either be credited or charged to your credit card. 

Returns due to error on our part or due to the item being defective will be given full credit.  The  replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge.

Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS.  Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. 

Credits will be applied and/or replacements shipped as soon as your return is processed.  Please note, credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
